This Privacy Policy applies to the following mobile games developed and published by DayMoon (collectively, the "Applications"):

• Stack Bump: Hit Black Block
• Pug Pop: Bubble Rescue Puzzle

1. Scope and Information We Process

The Applications do not require users to create an account and do not ask users to provide a name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, photos, audio files, financial information, or precise location.

The Applications include third-party advertising and consent SDKs. These services may automatically collect, process, and transfer the following categories of information when an Application is used:

• Device information, including device model, operating system, language, network type, and app version
• Device or app identifiers, including an app set ID and similar identifiers
• Advertising identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID or Amazon Advertising ID, when available
• IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address
• App and advertising interactions, such as app launches, ad requests, impressions, taps, and video views
• Diagnostic and app performance information, such as SDK performance, loading errors, latency, device resources, and technical logs
• Consent and privacy preference signals required to respect a user's choices

The Applications do not request or collect precise GPS location, browsing history, installed-app lists, contacts, messages, files, calendar data, health information, or biometric information.

2. How Information Is Used

The information described above may be used to:

• Request, deliver, and display advertisements, which may include interstitial, rewarded, or banner formats where implemented
• Provide personalized advertising when the user has given consent and non-personalized or limited advertising otherwise
• Measure advertising performance, attribution, reach, and frequency
• Analyze SDK and Application performance
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations and user privacy choices

3. Advertising and Consent Partners

The Applications use Google AdMob as their advertising platform. Depending on the Application and store build, they may also use Chartboost and Liftoff Monetize (formerly Vungle) through Google AdMob mediation. These partners may receive and process the information described in this policy to provide and measure advertising services. Depending on applicable law and the processing context, a partner may act as a service provider, data processor, or independent data controller.

4. Consent and Privacy Choices

The Applications use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent or present privacy choices where required, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other applicable regions. The choices available may include personalized advertising, non-personalized advertising, or limited advertising.

Users may:

• Review or change available privacy choices through the privacy options provided in an Application
• Reset or delete the device advertising identifier through the device's privacy or advertising settings
• Contact DayMoon using the email address below regarding privacy questions or applicable data rights
• Contact the advertising partners directly using the privacy links above

If a user declines consent where consent is required, the Applications will respect the consent signal. Contextual, non-personalized, or limited ads may still be displayed where permitted.

5. Data Sharing and International Processing

Information collected through the advertising SDKs is transmitted to Google, Chartboost, Liftoff, and their authorized advertising, measurement, fraud-prevention, and service partners. These providers may process information in countries other than the user's country of residence. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable data-protection requirements.

6. Data Retention and Security

DayMoon does not operate an account database for the Applications. Data processed by third-party advertising services is retained according to each provider's retention practices and legal obligations. Please use the provider links above for details about retention and deletion requests.

The advertising providers state that they use technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Children's Privacy

The Applications are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13. DayMoon does not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information through an Application, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.

8. Privacy Policy Website Hosting

This Privacy Policy page is hosted using GitHub Pages. When a visitor opens this webpage, GitHub may process technical information such as an IP address, browser details, and server logs for security and service operation. This website processing is separate from use of the Applications.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Applications, advertising services, legal requirements, or privacy practices. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
